Original Receipt
The original receipt or delivery ticket is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non returnable items

  • Items that have been used, opened and/or not in a resalable condition
  • Items that are damaged and/or abused
  • Items that are missing accessories
  • Custom made orders
  • Electronics and Solar panels and their related accessories

Return Request Procedure
A Return Request must be submitted to Battery Service Corporation within 14 days from the date you receive your order.  You will be provided with a RMA- Return Merchandise Authorization and that must be clearly marked on your return shipment.

Return shipments must be received by Battery Service Corporation within 45 days from the date you received your original order.

Refusal of shipment and/or any returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted or may be subject to a Restocking Fee.  A 15% Restocking Fee may be assessed for refusal of shipment or for any product returned with missing/damaged packaging.  This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returns by Mail
You can return online purchases through the USPS OR UPS.  When returning your online purchase be sure to:

  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
  • Include the packing slip, return authorization # and indicate the reason for return.

For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or insured USPS.

Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or Authorize.net account and are typically processed within 10 business days after the product is received.  Freight expense from a return is not refundable.

This policy covers all non-defective return requests made on purchases from Batteryservice.com

Return requests must fall under the following guidelines

  • Proof of Purchase is required.
  • A Return Request must be submitted to batterysvc@comcast.net within 14 days from the date you receive your product(s).  A Batteryservice.com associate will then provide you with a returnAuthorization Number which must be clearly indicated on all return shipments.
  • Return shipments must be received by batteryservice.com within 45 days from the date you receive your product(s).
  • Product(s) must be in unused, unopened and resalable condition.
    Refusal of shipment may be subject to a Return Fee.
  • Refunds will be issued basd on or in the same manner as original payment method and are typically processed within 14 days after the product has been received – Freight expense from a return is not refundable.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted or may be subject to a Return Fee.  A Return Fee of 10% may be assessed for damaged/missing packaging.  A 15% Return Fee may be assessed for refusal of shipment to cover processing expenses.  Return Fees will be applied by reducing the refund amount.
